Ross Culpitt

Ross has significant experience in quantitative analysis of economic and financial issues of regulated infrastructure businesses. He has worked on a number of significant projects within the water, transport and energy sectors.

Ross joined Synergies in early 2006 from Energex where he was responsible for determining network charges for all contestable and franchise customers. He previously worked for the Queensland Competition Authority where he was responsible for the financial modelling and reference tariff determination for Queensland Rail’s Central Queensland below rail coal services.

Ross has also nearly 15 years experience as an agricultural economist where he developed significant expertise in benefit-cost analysis, research evaluation and statistical analysis and survey design.
